If the laptop is not powering on:

• Verify that the laptop is plug into the AC adaptor and that the AC adaptor is plugged into the proper power source

• Press and hold the laptop’s power button for approximately 15 seconds to completely shut down the system. Wait 10 seconds, then power the laptop back on.

If the laptop is still not powering on, please contact SIMS support
